This order is for two (2) custom made Damascus steel knives @ $95.00 each.  One folding knife with a lock blade and one fixed blade skinning knife with a leather sheath. 

The Damascus steel used for these knives is made by forge welding multiple layers of 15N20 & 1095 steel into a solid billet.  Damascus steel is a high carbon forged steel.  The name is derived from the craft originating in Damascus, Syria.  Due to the exceptional hardiness of the steel, swords were forged from Damascus steel from as far back as 900 AD.
